Please note that Salinaz Aesthetics has a 24-hour cancellation policy, if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact our office. Late cancellations and/or NCNS (no call no shows), will require payment and/or an elimination of service from a package. Services, packages, product are non-refundable. Products, excluding sale items are exchangeable up to 30 days after purchase. 20% restocking fee will apply.

For Salinaz Aesthetics Consumers
This Terms of Sale Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Salinaz Aesthetics that governs your use of this e-commerce website. By utilizing this e-commerce website, User acknowledges that he or she has read, understood, and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions stated within this Agreement. Salinaz Aesthetics may amend these terms of sale at any time. User’s submission of an order at this website constitutes acceptance of the terms of sale stated at the time of order. You are encouraged to review payment terms at the time of your order.
Payment terms
Payment terms can be changed without notice. The payment terms in effect when an order is received will apply to that order. You are encouraged to review payment terms at the time of your order. Salinaz Aesthetics may enlist the aid of third parties to assist in the collection of delinquent accounts. All reasonable costs incurred by Salinaz Aesthetics arising from attempts to collect delinquent accounts will be charged to User.
Shipping/Freight terms
Orders go out within 5-7 business days. Salinaz Aesthetics reserves the right to charge a 20% service restocking charge on all orders not accepted for delivery.
Salinaz Aesthetics reserves the right to choose the freight carrier on prepaid shipments.
Damage/Shortage policy
All shipments are packed with great care. Any damages or shortages (including latent damages) must be reported by User to Salinaz Aesthetics, at salinazaesthetics@yahoo.com within 24 hours of User’s receipt of shipment.
Returns, refusals, and deductions
User must notify Salinaz Aesthetics of all returns, deductions, or other disputes within 10 days of receipt, this includes all professional accounts.
Products, sale and limited editions items/packages are non-refundable. Regular price items are exchangeable up to 10 days after purchase. The product must be at a minimum 90% full. Product below 90% are not permitted for any exchanges. It is the responsibility of the consumer to read in full the product description, super powers/benefits, & ingredients.
